License and permitted use
VOOPA Corp grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use Drop (Drop & Pop), subject to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
Free samples and full-game purchase
The game includes five replayable free samples. One optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase unlocks all 300 levels and Endless at the local price displayed by Apple before purchase. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
Purchases, restoration and refunds
Apple processes purchases and restoration. Restore an eligible purchase using the same Apple Account on compatible devices. Apple handles refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Local progress and connectivity
Settings, progress and verified purchase access stay locally on your device, with no app-provided cloud sync. Deleting the app removes local progress, and progress does not transfer automatically. Internet access is needed only for purchase or restoration and external support pages.
Intellectual property and restrictions
VOOPA Corp and its licensors retain all rights in the app’s code, artwork and music. Do not redistribute the app or its content, or interfere with the app’s operation.
Safe use
Never force your device’s hinge or bend it beyond its supported range. Use folding interactions gently and follow the device manufacturer’s safety guidance.
Apple Standard EULA
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.
