Voopa Corp. is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for all users. These Child Safety Standards apply to the Voopa app and services.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Voopa strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, and any content or behaviour that endangers, exploits, or facilitates harm to children.

Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute such content or use Voopa to engage in, facilitate, or encourage exploitation of a child.

Reporting concerns

Users can report content or accounts directly within the Voopa app. Users may also contact us at ceo@voopa.app with child-safety concerns.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority immediately.

Our response

When Voopa obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or child exploitation, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. This may include removing content, restricting or permanently disabling accounts, preserving relevant information where legally required, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional or national authority, where required by law.

Safety tools and moderation

Voopa provides reporting and blocking tools to help users manage unwanted or harmful interactions. We review reports and take action consistent with our policies and applicable law.
