Welcome to Voopa.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voopa platform, including the Voopa mobile application, website, Voopa Pulse services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Voopa, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You agree not to:

  • share your account with others;

  • access accounts belonging to other users;

  • create misleading or fraudulent accounts;

  • use automated systems to abuse the platform.

Voopa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the platform.

Usernames, Identity, and Brand Protection

Voopa supports personal, creator, and brand identities. Users must not impersonate individuals, companies, organizations, or public figures in a misleading or deceptive manner.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • false representation of brands or businesses;

  • misleading celebrity or public figure accounts;

  • fake company or media profiles;

  • unauthorized use of trademarks or protected brand names.

Voopa reserves the right to:

  • reclaim usernames;

  • remove misleading profiles;

  • restrict access to certain names or identities;

  • introduce verification or reserved identity systems;

  • suspend accounts engaged in impersonation or identity abuse.

Verified or official accounts may receive additional protections and platform privileges.

  1. Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, or share through Voopa.

You agree not to post or distribute:

  • illegal content;

  • hateful or discriminatory material;

  • harassment or threats;

  • violent or extremist content;

  • spam or deceptive engagement;

  • explicit or harmful material prohibited by applicable laws;

  • misleading polls or malicious manipulation.

Voopa may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

  1. Voopas and Voting

Voopa allows users to create temporary interactive polls (“Voopas”) designed for rapid audience participation and engagement.

Users understand that:

  • Voopas may expire automatically after a selected duration;

  • vote counts and engagement metrics may evolve in real time;

  • Voopa may use automated systems to improve content discovery, moderation, and engagement quality;

  • public interactions may be visible to other users depending on privacy settings.

Voopa does not guarantee engagement levels, audience reach, or commercial outcomes.

  1. Voopa Pulse

Voopa Pulse provides enhanced engagement, analytics, audience testing, and professional campaign features for creators, brands, agencies, organizations, and other advanced users.

Certain Pulse features may:

  • require approval or onboarding;

  • be limited to verified users;

  • be subject to future subscription or enterprise plans.

Voopa reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Pulse features at any time.

  1. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to Voopa.

By using the Services, you grant Voopa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, reproduce, and promote content within the operation, development, marketing, and improvement of the platform.

You confirm that:

  • you own the rights to the content you upload; or

  • you have permission to use such content.

Voopa trademarks, branding, visual identity, logos, product names, and platform elements remain the property of Voopa.

  1. Account Suspension & Termination

Voopa may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services if:

  • these Terms are violated;

  • abuse, fraud, or manipulation is detected;

  • content threatens user safety or platform integrity;

Users may request account deletion through the application settings or by contacting Voopa support.

Voopa is an evolving platform and certain features may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or permanent access to all features.

Voopa may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voopa shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;

  • loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities;

  • content posted by users;

  • interactions between users;

  • reliance on engagement metrics, votes, or audience reactions.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
